All online quotes or estimates provided through our tools are preliminary based on customer inputs. Exact pricing is finalized on-site before any work begins to ensure perfect transparency. Same-day appointments or emergency call-outs are subject to team availability.

4. Insurance Claims Support

For customers utilizing our Insurance Claim Support services, we assist with documentation, moisture mapping, and direct adjuster billing. However, the property owner remains responsible for ensuring the deductible is paid and that their specific policy covers the filed loss.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure our team can deliver immaculate results, customers must ensure that areas designated for cleaning are clear of breakable items, valuables, and obstacles. Water and power sources must be accessible at the property.

6. Communications Consent

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The place of arbitration shall be Clark County, Nevada. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
